Make 8" pizza crusts or 7" subway buns

  • In a mixing bowl add:
    • 11oz water (1 and 1/3 full cups of water- rounded)
    • 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil or melted butter
    • (for Mock Rye or Italian Herb add the included flavor packet)
    • entire bag of single dry mix or 14.5oz.
    • (If you purchased the bulk mix, add 14.5 oz of the mix or the premeasured pack.)
  • With electric mixer or sturdy hand spatula mix for 3 minutes
  • With plastic gloves and Canola Oil spray separate the dough into 4 equal balls
  • 8" Pizza Crusts.
    • Continue to use plastic gloves and oil spray to better mold the dough
    • Spray pan and shape dough into circle filling any thin spots in the dough pie
    • Let rise at room Temperature for 40 minutes
  • 7" Sub Buns.
    • Continue to use plastic gloves and oil spray to better mold the dough
    • Spray pan and shape dough out into the bottom of a 7" X 3" bread pan
    • Let rise at room Temperature for 40 minutes
  • Pizza: Preheat oven to 400F then Bake for 10-12 minutes
    • Crusts are now ready for your toppings or to wrap for later use
    • Spread with Sauce and Toppings and Bake your finished GF pizza for 20 minutes
  • Sub Buns: Preheat the oven to 400F then Bake for 20-25 minutes; cover with foil after 15-20 minutes to keep from over browning
    • Let cool for 1 hour. Buns are now ready for sandwiches or to wrap for later use
  • To maintain freshness, keep both subs and pizza crusts wrapped and refrigerated
    • Both Pizza Crusts and Sub Buns can be frozen and defrosted and used later and still maintain their great taste.
