Dinner Rolls from our French White Mix

To eat the day you make them. Made with our French White bread mix. Excellent addition to your family meal!

  • Make Basic Bread Dough
  • Use large sprayed muffin pan or free form the rolls on sprayed parchment.
  • Use about 1/3 cup of dough and with oiled gloves shape into a ball.
  • Place in muffin pan or on parchment.
  • Cut shallow slits in the top
  • Let rise 40-60 min.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 min. (cover after 20 minutes with foil to prevent over browning)
  • Melt butter on top when they come out of the oven.
  • Let cool about 15 min. ENJOY!
  • If you want to make these a day ahead, wrap in foil. Then place in the oven to reheat about 15 min.
