Prepare Delicious Gluten Free Bread in Minutes (Just Add Water & Oil)

  • In a mixing bowl add:
    • 11oz water (1 and 1/3 full cups of water- rounded)
    • 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil or melted butter
    • (for Mock Rye or Italian Herb add the included flavor packet)
    • entire bag of single dry mix or 14.5oz.
    • (If you purchased the bulk mix, add 14.5 oz of the mix or the premeasured pack. This is about 3 cups.)
  • With electric mixer (hand or counter top) mix for 3 minutes
  • Spray pan with canola oil
  • Put dough in pan.
    • Spray top of dough and spatula with canola oil and smooth with spatula
    • Cut 3 diagonal 1/8" deep slits across top of dough
  • Let rise at room temperature for 40 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 400F then Bake for 35-38 minutes
    • Cover with foil after 20 minutes to prevent too much browning
  • Let cool for 1 hour and wrap for freshiness. I prefer "Glad Press and Seal".
  • Loaf slices the best after 3 hours.
  • To maintain freshness, keep wrapped at room temperature
    • Refrigeration will dry loaf out faster, but will still make great toast.
    • For freezing, slice first then freeze.
